Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to map 2026 market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for product development and market entry
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and commercial teams
- Present foresight insights to executive leadership and external partners through compelling narratives
- Build and maintain a proprietary trend intelligence database with predictive analytics
- Design and facilitate stakeholder workshops to align organizational vision on future capabilities
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype solutions for 2026 market readiness
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record translating foresight into commercialized products/services
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or MBA with innovation focus
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning, causal layered analysis)
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism (required)
