- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive market changes
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-ready strategies
- Produce trend intelligence reports with actionable recommendations
- Identify and evaluate emerging investment opportunities in futuristic domains
- Design pilot programs for experimental technologies with 2026 commercialization targets
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Proven expertise in trend forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, quantum computing, and climate tech trajectories
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into executive narratives
- Certificate from Association of Professional Futurists (APF) preferred
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience with Delphi method and horizon scanning techniques
