Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 strategic foresight roadmaps using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping next-gen solutions (AI ethics, quantum applications, climate tech)
- Design exponential technology adoption frameworks for enterprise clients
- Host high-stakes future scenario planning workshops with C-suite executives
- Publish thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals and industry whitepapers
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Future Leaders Program
- Secure $5M+ in innovation grants from NSF, DARPA, and global foundations
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent strategic foresight certification (CFP preferred)
- 10+ years experience in innovation strategy at Fortune 100 or Big Tech firms
- Proven track record of scaling exponential technologies (quantum, biotech, AGI)
- Published research in Nature Futures or similar journals on 2030+ scenarios
- Expertise in systems modeling using AnyLogic, Stella, or similar platforms
- Deep understanding of geopolitical tech governance frameworks
- Fluency in at least two strategic foresight methodologies (Delphi, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Portfolio of implemented future-proofing initiatives (value >$50M)
