Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (tech, climate, social) to forecast market shifts through 2026
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future products and services
- Produce compelling trend reports and scenario-planning frameworks for executive stakeholders
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-focused solutions
- Represent company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills
