Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across 15+ emerging technology domains
- Develop strategic frameworks for 2026 market entry and competitive positioning
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align R&D priorities with future consumer needs
- Produce quarterly foresight reports with quantitative and qualitative scenario modeling
- Build and maintain ecosystem partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Translate foresight insights into product roadmaps and investment opportunities
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Portfolio demonstrating successful trend-to-product translation
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and systems thinking
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend platforms
