Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and analyze emerging trends impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop actionable innovation roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, and quantum computing advancements
- Facilitate executive-level scenario planning workshops for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future projections into product development and market entry strategies
- Monitor geopolitical, environmental, and socioeconomic disruptions with predictive modeling
- Drive cross-functional implementation of future-proofing initiatives across R&D, marketing, and operations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or equivalent field
- Minimum 7 years in innovation strategy, consulting, or C-suite futurist roles
- Proven track record of developing successful 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (preferred)
- Experience building and leading cross-functional innovation teams
