- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future-proofing initiatives
- Produce strategic foresight reports with actionable recommendations for R&D and product roadmaps
- Identify and vet disruptive startups and technologies for potential partnerships
- Advose on regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Represent the company at global futurism forums and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or corporate innovation with future-planning focus
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Proven track record translating foresight into commercial strategy implementation
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario modeling, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive storytelling and stakeholder alignment
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation domains
- Experience with strategic foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
