Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into product/service prototypes
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track ROI for futuristic projects
- Build strategic partnerships with research institutions and venture capital firms
- Present future-focused briefings to executive stakeholders and board members
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks and sustainable development principles
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning with 3+ years in futurism or innovation strategy
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario modeling, and technology forecasting
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (blockchain, nanotech, AGI)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping environments
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Innovation Management (e.g., CFIP, CIPM)
