Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive strategic foresight frameworks for 2026-2030
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies and societal trends
- Lead scenario planning workshops with executive leadership teams
- Translate future insights into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Collaborate with R&D teams to align technological development with future market needs
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and investors
- Build and manage a network of futurists and industry thought leaders
- Author forward-looking white papers and thought leadership content
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Strong analytical and systems thinking capabilities
- Experience developing long-term strategic roadmaps
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFM) preferred
