Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market trends through 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market expansion using predictive analytics
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Present foresight findings to executive leadership and board stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Build and manage an ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Drive innovation workshops to challenge conventional thinking and foster creative disruption
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory changes impacting long-term technology adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend forecasting, and technology roadmapping
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive-level presentation experience
