Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ market landscapes
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable innovation initiatives
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-focused products and services
- Deliver executive briefings on emerging threats and opportunities
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and industry experts
- Produce trend reports and scenario planning documents for board-level decision-making
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or successful innovation projects
