- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, biotech, quantum computing) and translate insights into 3-5 year strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototype solutions for 2026 market readiness
- Present futuristic scenarios to executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Establish innovation KPIs and track progress against future-state benchmarks
- Partner with R&D to accelerate commercialization of breakthrough technologies
- Author thought leadership publications on industry disruption vectors
- Conduct horizon scanning across 15+ global innovation ecosystems
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning or innovation consulting
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-state implementation projects
- Proficiency in scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis tools
- Experience with exponential technology assessment frameworks
- Track record of influencing C-suite decisions with data-driven futures insights
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight methodologies preferred
- Published thought leadership on disruptive technology adoption
