Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify and analyze emerging trends across technology, economics, and society through 2026+
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate future insights into actionable innovation pipelines
- Present trend forecasts and strategic recommendations to leadership and stakeholders
- Establish cross-functional working groups to integrate future-thinking into business operations
- Produce thought leadership content including whitepapers, trend reports, and conference presentations
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional data synthesis and storytelling abilities to communicate complex future scenarios
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term strategy and innovation
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Published thought leadership in innovation or forespace publications preferred
