Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 clients across healthcare, finance, and manufacturing sectors
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops with C-suite executives to translate foresight into roadmaps
- Produce executive-ready trend reports and scenario-planning documents with 5-10 year horizons
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic thought leaders
- Advise on organizational culture shifts to embed innovation capabilities
- Present strategic insights at executive summits and industry conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFM, CFP) strongly preferred
- Portfolio of published trend analyses or scenario-planning documents
