- Present compelling scenarios to executive leadership and drive adoption of emerging technologies
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track progress against 2026 milestones
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, startups, and industry thought leaders
- Mentor junior strategists and champion a culture of continuous learning and adaptation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in innovation consulting, strategic foresight, or technology planning
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and persuasive storytelling ability
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation initiatives and future-shaping projects
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) or innovation management preferred
