Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and disruptive technologies to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop and implement strategic innovation frameworks for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional workshops to co-create future-proof product roadmaps
- Build scenario models for climate resilience and sustainable business transformation
- Advise C-suite on exponential technology adoption and market disruption preparedness
- Author thought leadership papers on human-machine collaboration paradigms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and futures methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of influencing enterprise-level transformation
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published work on 4th Industrial Revolution implications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFIP, APF) preferred
