- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping breakthrough solutions with $2M+ annual innovation budgets
- Present strategic insights to Fortune 500 clients and industry thought leaders
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and NASA innovation hubs
- Author white papers and keynote presentations at Davos and SXSW Futures
- Mentor internal 'Future Scanning' talent pipeline across 12 global offices
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategy consulting, R&D leadership, or futurist advisory roles
- Proven track record developing 10+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Published author or frequent speaker at global innovation conferences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- Portfolio of implemented innovation initiatives generating $50M+ revenue
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., CSF, WFS) or equivalent
- Fluency in strategic modeling tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi Method)
