Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 innovation roadmap through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen technologies
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify and acquire disruptive startups
- Present strategic foresight insights to executive stakeholders and industry forums
- Establish ethical frameworks for emerging technology adoption
- Drive patent strategy and intellectual property development
- Mentor R&D teams on future-proofing research initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, R&D leadership, or venture innovation
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in innovation strategy or future studies
- Proven track record of scaling from concept to commercialization
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and regulatory landscapes
