Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-generational innovation strategies targeting 2026 market disruption
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech) for commercial viability and ethical implications
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with Fortune 500 partners to future-proof business models
- Author industry-shaping foresight reports and thought leadership content
- Oversee experimental R&D labs focused on 2026 breakthrough technologies
- Drive organizational adoption of agile foresight methodologies
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with measurable ROI outcomes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Executive-level presentation skills with 50+ keynote presentations
- Published thought leadership in top-tier industry publications
- Experience managing cross-continental innovation teams
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFSD) preferred
