Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Technology Foresight Framework through systematic horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Produce quarterly strategic briefings for the board on emerging disruptive technologies and their market implications
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype 2026-ready solutions in AI ethics, sustainable tech, and human augmentation
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and other future-focused institutions
- Author the annual 'Quantum Leap Report' on humanity's 2026 trajectory for global stakeholders
- Mentor a team of futurist researchers using advanced scenario planning methodologies
- Represent QuantumLeap at Davos, TED, and other high-impact future-focused forums
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent with 10+ years in strategic foresight
- Published author in peer-reviewed futurist journals (e.g., 'Futures', 'Technological Forecasting')
- Expertise in exponential technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, and AGI alignment
- Proven track record of C-level strategic advisory for Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Fluency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi Method)
- Global network of futurists, technologists, and policy influencers
- Proficiency in data visualization for complex systems (Tableau, Python D3.js)
- Portfolio of successfully implemented 5+ year strategic roadmaps
