Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Technology Horizon Map, identifying disruptive trends across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and space exploration
- Design strategic roadmaps for emerging domains, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market readiness
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and think tanks to accelerate R&D pipelines
- Present foresight insights to executive stakeholders and boards, translating complex scenarios into strategic imperatives
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic signals to anticipate systemic shifts affecting innovation landscapes
- Curate the annual 'Future Forward' conference, showcasing breakthrough technologies and thought leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of successfully commercializing futuristic concepts (portfolio required)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: exponential technologies, behavioral economics, or sustainable systems
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize multidimensional data into coherent narratives
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on technology adoption and market disruption
