Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 technology/socioeconomic foresight framework
- Lead cross-functional scenario-planning workshops for executive decision-making
- Produce quarterly trend analysis reports with actionable strategic recommendations
- Establish innovation partnerships with leading research institutions and think tanks
- Design and pilot prototype solutions for emerging market opportunities
- Mentor junior futurists and innovation specialists
- Present strategic vision to board members and key stakeholders
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or related field
- Proven track record of translating future trends into business strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and horizon scanning
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, or relevant technical field
- Proficiency in AI/ML trend analysis tools and data visualization platforms
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership on future trends or innovation
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS) preferred
