- Produce scenario-based forecasts and risk assessments for emerging market opportunities
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers, industry talks, and media partnerships
- Drive adoption of agile innovation methodologies across 15+ global departments
- Mentor a dedicated team of futurists and innovation analysts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, R&D, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Expertise in emerging tech: AI ethics, quantum computing, bio-convergence, and climate tech
- Proven track record of commercializing future-focused initiatives ($100M+ impact)
- Deep understanding of global megatrends reshaping 2026 industries
- Certification in Futures Studies (e.g., from University of Houston or similar)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation portfolio
