Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 foresight reports analyzing technological, social, and economic megatrends
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite executives across Fortune 500 companies
- Lead cross-functional workshops on disruptive innovation and future-proofing business models
- Build proprietary trend-tracking algorithms using AI/ML capabilities
- Present strategic recommendations at global conferences and executive summits
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and critical thinking
- Collaborate with R&D teams to validate emerging technologies for client adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism role
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech or societal trends (e.g., AI ethics, climate adaptation)
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis frameworks
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and basic Python/R
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
