Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps across AI, biotech, and climate tech domains
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineers, designers, and venture partners
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership for industry conferences
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Drive adoption of exponential technologies through internal skunkworks initiatives
- Mentor talent in future-focused methodologies and strategic foresight frameworks
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of launching market-defining tech products (portfolio required)
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Experience scaling innovation from concept to commercialization
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies
- MSc/PhD in relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, Futures Studies)
