Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 technology and market foresight framework
- Lead strategic innovation sprints to prototype and validate disruptive concepts
- Partner with R&D to integrate emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech)
- Present future scenarios to stakeholders and influence organizational decision-making
- Build and lead an innovation lab focused on solving 2030 challenges
- Drive adoption of agile innovation methodologies across business units
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation impact and ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or technology R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Strong background in cross-functional team leadership and change management
- Experience with innovation frameworks (Design Thinking, Lean Startup)
- Advanced degree in relevant field (Futurism, Technology Strategy, Engineering)
- Published thought leadership in innovation or foresight publications
