- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-ready solutions
- Present foresight frameworks to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and manage a network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications on future trends and strategic implications
- Integrate foresight into product roadmaps and corporate planning cycles
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating future insights into commercial outcomes
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications
- Experience building innovation ecosystems in tech-forward environments
