- Partner with C-suite to embed innovation into corporate strategy and culture
- Secure $2M+ annual R&D budget for moonshot initiatives

Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching market-disrupting products/services
- Expertise in emerging tech: generative AI, synthetic biology, quantum computing
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or equivalent
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFAP, CFP) preferred
- Experience with venture capital or corporate innovation incubation
