Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, social, economic, and regulatory domains
- Develop and communicate strategic foresight frameworks to guide long-term business decisions
- Design scenario-planning models to test organizational resilience against disruptive futures
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate foresight insights into innovation pipelines
- Present future-state assessments to executive stakeholders with compelling narratives
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Drive cultural transformation to embed anticipatory thinking across the organization
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic modeling
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex futures into actionable insights
- Experience with foresight methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning, causal layered analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementations
