Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 technology and market foresight roadmap using scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead ideation workshops for exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Translate futuristic concepts into actionable business strategies with measurable ROI
- Build and manage an innovation pipeline from ideation to pilot launch
- Represent company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership platforms
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track adoption rates
- Mentor cross-functional teams in design thinking and agile innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or technology foresight
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services with exponential growth
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI/ML, Web3, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Certification in Futures Studies or Innovation Management preferred
- Portfolio of published foresight research or innovation frameworks
- Experience scaling innovation labs in Fortune 500 environments
