Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap by synthesizing global tech trends, market signals, and societal shifts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech
- Present strategic foresight insights to C-suite executives and key stakeholders to drive investment decisions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and think tanks to scout disruptive technologies
- Quantify innovation ROI through scenario modeling and risk assessment frameworks
- Champion a culture of experimentation and rapid iteration across the organization
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching tech products with 3+ years market impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI governance
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex concepts into actionable strategies
- Published thought leadership in futurist or tech innovation journals
- Experience with scenario planning tools and foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
