Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the company's 2026+ strategic innovation roadmap through rigorous horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype and validate breakthrough technologies and business models
- Develop compelling executive briefings and stakeholder communications translating complex futures into strategic imperatives
- Establish and maintain relationships with global innovation ecosystems, academic institutions, and technology pioneers
- Quantify future market opportunities through scenario planning and predictive modeling frameworks
- Drive cultural transformation initiatives embedding futurist thinking across all organizational levels
- Represent Innovatech at global forums and thought leadership platforms shaping industry discourse
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or emerging technology leadership roles
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized innovations or market disruptions
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging domains (e.g., quantum computing, AGI ethics, bio-convergence)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills with C-suite influence
- Mastery of futures methodologies (horizon scanning, scenario planning, Delphi techniques)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or relevant technological field
- Demonstrable success in building and scaling innovation ecosystems and talent pipelines
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy (white papers, patents, keynotes)
