Responsibilities
- Scan global signals across technology, policy, and culture to identify emerging trends with 2026+ impact
- Develop and maintain horizon scanning frameworks for strategic foresight
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Translate complex future scenarios into executable product roadmaps
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation strategy team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or adjacent field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial impact
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or relevant field
- Exceptional communication skills for diverse audiences
- Experience with emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Portfolio of successful innovation projects or strategic frameworks
