Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026+ market projections
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and validating emerging technologies (AI, quantum, bio-convergence)
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to inform product development and investment decisions
- Champion design thinking methodologies to prototype and scale breakthrough solutions
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and scenario planning
- Build partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Mentor junior innovators and foster a culture of experimental learning
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI/ML, Web3, biotech, climate tech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTE, APF preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating innovation strategy implementations
