Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks to identify market opportunities and disruptors through 2026
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for future challenges
- Produce horizon-scanning reports on AI, climate tech, and biotechnology trends
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-readiness into development roadmaps
- Design and execute scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership
- Establish industry thought leadership through white papers and conference keynotes
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Strong background in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in tech or biotech sectors
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation publications
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
