Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and societal shifts to forecast industry evolution through 2030
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for board-level decision-making
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Author visionary whitepapers and thought leadership content on emerging technologies
- Partner with product teams to integrate foresight insights into 2026 product roadmaps
- Establish external ecosystem partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in reputable industry journals
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or Copenhagen Institute)
