- Translate foresight insights into strategic roadmaps with measurable KPIs for R&D and product teams
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks for cutting-edge research integration
- Present strategic futures briefings to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Mentor innovation champions across departments to embed future-thinking capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused consulting
- Proven track record developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills with data-driven storytelling ability
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformation initiatives
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field required
