Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to map 2026 technology, market, and societal trends
- Architect and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Champion emerging tech adoption (AI, quantum computing, biotech) across departments
- Facilitate C-level workshops to align leadership on future-focused priorities
- Build and manage an internal innovation incubator for disruptive ideas
- Represent Nexus at global thought leadership forums and tech summits
- Develop KPIs to measure innovation ROI and strategic progress
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or C-suite strategy roles
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services with measurable impact
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum, AR/VR)
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in tech-driven environments
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies preferred
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism domains
