Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive 2026+ strategic roadmaps with actionable recommendations for executive leadership
- Lead scenario planning workshops to identify opportunities and mitigate risks in emerging industries
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate foresight insights into innovative product development pipelines
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive models for C-suite decision-making
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers for ongoing intelligence
- Advise on organizational adaptation strategies for automation, AI, and sustainable futures
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Strategic Planning, Economics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or future-focused planning roles
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning methodologies, and predictive modeling
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPC, WFS) or equivalent experience
