Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, climate resilience, biotech) to forecast 2026 market disruptions
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for enterprise resilience and growth
- Lead quarterly innovation sprints with R&D, product, and marketing teams
- Author forward-looking thought leadership for industry publications and conferences
- Design and implement horizon-scanning methodologies using AI-powered analytics
- Mentor junior strategists in futures-thinking methodologies
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive stakeholders and board members
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or futurist role
- Proven experience developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in trend analysis tools (e.g., TrendHunter, Gartner Hype Cycle)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization capabilities
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (Web3, quantum computing, neurotech)
- Published thought leadership in industry journals or major media outlets
