- Partner with R&D to integrate emerging innovations into product roadmaps
- Author annual '2026 Vision' whitepapers and thought leadership content
- Quantify future opportunities and risks through predictive modeling and data analytics
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend impact analysis
- Strong data visualization and presentation skills (Power BI, Tableau)
- Published thought leadership on future trends (articles, reports, books)

- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, SFI) required
