Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging global trends impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for clients across tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Lead workshops with C-suite executives to translate foresight into strategic initiatives
- Author thought leadership publications on future of work, AI ethics, and sustainable innovation
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-state business models
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and technological disruptions affecting client portfolios
- Build predictive models using proprietary foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning, trend analysis, or innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two domains: AI/ML, biotech, or climate tech
- Proven ability to translate complex concepts into executive-level insights
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodologies background
- Published thought leadership on future-focused topics
- Experience with scenario planning tools and foresight frameworks (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for diverse audiences
