Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, climate resilience, biotech) and develop 3-5 year strategic scenarios
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight methodologies into product development
- Produce high-impact trend reports and visualizations for executive decision-making
- Build and maintain expert networks across academia, startups, and policy institutions
- Design and implement early-warning systems for emerging disruptions
- Advain on strategic investments in emerging technologies and future markets
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Deep expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven ability to translate complex data into compelling executive narratives
- Strong network connections with futurists, technologists, and policy influencers
- Published thought leadership on future of work, sustainability, or digital transformation
