- Partner with R&D to identify breakthrough opportunities in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Design resilience frameworks for volatile geopolitical and climate scenarios
- Maintain a dynamic trend intelligence dashboard for executive leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills translating complex futures into actionable strategies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Thinking preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5-10 year strategic forecasting projects
- Experience with horizon scanning tools and foresight methodologies
