- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-facing priorities and resource allocation
- Partner with R&D to incubate next-generation products and services addressing future human needs
- Monitor global signals and competitive landscapes to anticipate market evolution and recommend pivots
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts for trend intelligence
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and boards with compelling data narratives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, Innovation Management, or related field; PhD preferred
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 or tech startups
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic change methodologies
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and neurotech implications for business and society
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into stakeholder-aligned strategies
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-oriented projects with measurable outcomes
