Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across tech, sociology, and economic domains
- Develop 5-year strategic foresight frameworks for product development and market expansion
- Produce scenario-planning models for disruptive technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision
- Author forward-looking thought leadership for industry publications
- Establish innovation metrics to track strategic implementation success
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Published thought leadership in futurism or emerging tech
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on transformation
- Demonstrated ability to translate foresight into executable strategy
