Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to predict market disruptions through 2026
- Develop strategic frameworks for organizations to adapt to exponential change and future-proof business models
- Lead high-impact workshops with executive teams to translate foresight into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Author thought leadership publications and predictive models for industry stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D teams to incubate future-focused product concepts and service offerings
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive landscapes for early-mover opportunities
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or technology innovation with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and futures research methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Track record of developing and implementing strategic foresight programs
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, Business Strategy, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from ACFC or similar institution) preferred
