Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)

- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario modeling, and systems thinking
- Proven track record of translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
