Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario planning models for 2026+ horizons
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and executive teams to align innovation initiatives
- Produce trend reports and white papers that inform organizational strategy
- Lead cross-functional workshops on future-proofing business models
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive landscapes
- Present findings to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing actionable future scenarios
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Experience presenting complex concepts to executive audiences
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Published thought leadership in future trends preferred
