Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their market implications
- Develop strategic scenarios for 2026+ business landscapes and competitive environments
- Lead executive workshops on future-proofing operations and innovation pipelines
- Produce foresight reports and trend briefings for internal stakeholders
- Design and implement strategic foresight frameworks across business units
- Identify and evaluate disruptive startup partnerships and acquisition targets
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or futurist research roles
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence executive leadership
- Published thought leadership on future trends or innovation
- Proficiency with foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Experience with AI-driven trend forecasting platforms
